Transformation PMO Analyst / Associate Program Manager
MW Partner
Responsibilities and duties:
- Track milestones, deliverables, and KPIs for enterprise programs.
- Build reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Support workshops, stakeholder sessions, and communications.
- Conduct benchmarking, research, and analysis to inform decisions.
- Create and maintain documentation and program repositories.
Requirements:
- College degree or equivilant
- 2 5 years of experience in program management, operations, or consulting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience with Project Management tools highly preferred - MS Project, Workfront, SharePoint, etc.
