This full-time contract opportunity is designed for a dedicated School Psychologist eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children. Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to help students overcome barriers to success and thrive both academically and personally.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Current and valid School Psychologist license/certification for Arizona
• Prior experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong knowledge of best practices in assessment, intervention, and counseling
• Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify individual student needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and behavior management strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise for IEPs and 504 plans
• Offer support through individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to design and monitor student progress plans
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidential reports
