Why You'll Love Working Here: We have a fantastic team that truly enjoys working together and helps each other out Our providers are approachable, kind and we have a loyal patient base We offer a competitive hourly rate, monthly bonus opportunities, and a great benefits package What We're Looking For: A Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 1+ years of experience working in general dentistry Someone that is outgoing, reliable and excited to learn and grow within a team A Dental Assistant that truly values patient care and desires to make a difference Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, 1-2 Fridays per month 8am-2pm Compensation: $20-$23/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance Benefits: We offer a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k matching, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance and EAP. Responsibilities Include: A thorough review and update of the patient's health history Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations Assist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry Provide post-operative care instructions Assist with ordering and stocking supplies Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant in the state of TX 1+ years of experience as an RDA Active CPR or willing to obtain Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
