CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR-1

Job Title

Essential Job Functions:

1. Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
2. Provide training for new cashiers and courtesy clerks in all job related areas.
3. Give produce test to authorized cash register operators on a weekly basis.
4. Assist in keeping checkout lines moving as fast as possible.
5. Assist cashiers in unloading the bottom of shopping carts.
6. Obtain change for cashiers as needed.
7. Approve checks.
8. Accountable for security of all safe combinations entrusted to you.
9. Maintain all proper paperwork.
10. Assist cashiers with voids.
11. Delegate cleaning duties to appropriate associates.
12. Approve customer refunds.
13. Regularly inspect cashier tills.
14. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
