This includes, but is not limited to recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, training, policy development and compliance. This job will work full-time from our Santa Monica office.What You Will Be Doing:Supporting initiatives and directives from CAO, COO and CEOSupervising HR team of four people and overseeing the HR functions for two companiesCommunicating with state and federal agencies on the company's behalfOverseeing all HR concerns and employee issuesAccepting and coordinating responses to all legal inquiries, inclusive of EEOC, EDD, or SDI claimsMonitoring changes affecting employment practices nationally and in all company statesOverseeing all HR matters affecting the companyWhat You Will Bring to the Table:7+ Years of experience as an HR DirectorBachelors DegreeSHRM or PHR certifications are helpful but not required$150,000 - $200,000 a yearAbout Perr&Knight:For over 30 years, Perr&Knight has provided exemplary insurance consulting and software solutions to the property & casualty and life, accident & health industries.
