Manufacturing Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Your leadership will be critical in guiding the production of advanced Radar and Launcher subsystems, ensuring that national security priorities are met through operational excellence and precision manufacturing. Supervises an hourly workforce of Assembly & Test technicians in production of Radar or Launcher subsystems or components in the Moorestown, NJ factory.• Ensures the workforce is fully trained, equipped and staffed to meet daily production demands, and works with peers to identify skills / talents needed to make team successful.• Ensures adequate engineering and administrative support is in place for the workcenter.The Supervisor can expect to lead a team of 15-30 employees, and OT/Weekend support may be required at times. Please Note: This is for a Third Shift role.This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. You are a decisive leader with a strong background in lean manufacturing and data analysis who can effectively guide technical teams toward quality and schedule goals. You possess the communication skills necessary to bridge the gap between complex engineering specifications and daily production execution.
