Communications Specialist

Job Summary: The Communications Specialist supports NCAI's mission by creating and executing strategic communications that inform, engage, and connect Tribal leaders, members, stakeholders, and the public. This role leads the development of compelling digital content across NCAI's communication channels, including social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, publishing, and platform management. The Communications Specialist brings NCAI's work to life through impactful storytelling, written communications, visual assets, graphics, advocacy materials, newsletters, website content, and multimedia resources. Working collaboratively across teams, this position ensures consistent messaging, strengthens NCAI's online presence, supports policy and advocacy priorities, and translates complex issues into accessible and culturally respectful communications.
