Press Brake Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

• Operate CNC press brake equipment to bend and form metal parts to specifications, inspect finished products for quality, and support production goals in a fast-paced environment
• Load raw metal into CNC press brake equipment
• Follow job instructions and supervisor direction
• Check dimensions using tape measures and digital calipers
• Stack finished parts on skids
• Report damaged parts, quality concerns, and production issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Press Brake Operator Qualifications:

• Previous machine operator experience of at least 1 year is required
• Ability to read standard and metric tape measures
• Experience using digital calipers and measuring equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally more
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
