CNC Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 25.00 to $ 28.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

• Accurately read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Set up and efficiently operate various CNC machinery, including mills, lathes, and other machining equipment.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers, to inspect parts and verify adherence to strict tolerances.
• Monitor machine operations closely, making precise offset adjustments as needed to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Perform tooling and insert changes to ensure consistent quality standards are met throughout production runs.
• Conduct thorough in-process quality inspections and meticulously document all results.

CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a CNC Machine Operator
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
• Previous experience with calipers, micrometers and gauges
• Previous experience making offset adjustments and maintaining part tolerances
• Previous experience changing tooling and inserts
• Previous experience performing setups, programming, and machine adjustments independently
• CAD/CAM programming experience preferred

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
