What You'll Do

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment.
• Perform repairs according to manufacturer standards and company procedures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Complete work accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Document repairs and maintenance performed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with the service team to meet customer expectations.
• Deliver a level of workmanship and service that reflects Parman's commitment to TOCS.

Level 1 Requirements - Learn The Trade

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Related experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver's license with an MVR that meets company insurability standards.
• Personal inventory of tools preferred.
• Ability to pass a post-offer Physical Abilities Test.

Level 2 Requirements - Work Independently

In addition to meeting Level 1 qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of technician experience in a heavy equipment or agricultural dealership environment.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair equipment with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to supporting customers and collaborating with the service team.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to prioritize workload effectively.

Level 3 Requirements - Technical Expert and Mentor

In addition to meeting Level 2 qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of technician experience in a heavy equipment or agricultural dealership environment.
• OEM training certifications.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities across multiple equipment systems.
• Ability to mentor less experienced technicians and serve as a technical resource for the team.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality repairs while maintaining productivity goals.
