Divisional Wealth Management Consultant - Gulf Coast, Jackson, Birmingham

Divisional Wealth Management Consultant As a Divisional Wealth Management Consultant, you will drive sales as part of a Territory Team working with up to three Wealth Management Consultants within a specific geographic area. You will educate, train, and motivate financial advisors from all channels with the ultimate goal of increasing sales in the territory. You will have a business-owner mindset, be self‑motivated, structured and process-oriented, and be driven by setting goals and measuring performance. You will collaborate with Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunities for better investor outcomes and deliver strong presentation skills in individual, small group, investor-based, and large group settings. Approximately 75% of your time will be spent engaging advisors in person and 25% virtually. Territory Gulf Coast, Jackson, Birmingham Responsibilities Drive sales for mutual funds, ETFs, and Retirement Plan products within the territory. Educate, train, and motivate financial advisors from all channels. Develop and deliver engaging presentations to advisors and investors. Collaborate with Senior Sales Force members. Achieve individual sales accountability. Maintain timely presentation and reporting to the Territory Team. Qualifications Degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a relevant field. 3+ years of internal wholesaler experience with significant front‑advisor and client interaction. Experience managing a sales territory with individual sales accountability. Proven track record selling mutual funds, ETFs, and Retirement Plan products. Proficiency in technologies for custom analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, BackSet, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong synthesis and distillation of information. Series 7 and 66 or Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses required. Salary & Benefits Base salary: $75,000 plus applicable sales commissions and bonuses.
