Divisional Wealth Management Consultant - Madison & NW Illinois

Divisional Wealth Management Consultant As a Divisional Wealth Management Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales as part of a Territory Team working with up to 3 Wealth Management Consultants within a specific geographic area. Your role includes educating, training, and motivating financial advisors from all channels, with the ultimate goal of increasing sales in the territory. You have a business‑owner mindset, are self‑motivated, structured and process‑oriented. You are motivated by setting goals and measuring performance against them, work well with Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunities for better investor outcomes, and deliver presentations to individuals, small and large groups, and investors. Approximately 75% of your time will be spent engaging your Financial Advisors in person and 25% virtually. Location Madison & NW Illinois Qualifications Degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a relevant field of study. 3+ years of experience as an internal wholesaler with significant front‑advisor and client interaction (virtual or telephone). Experience managing your own sales territory with individual sales accountability is preferred. Proven track record selling mutual funds, ETFs, and Retirement Plan products. Proficiency with technologies for custom analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Backset, etc.). Excellent communicator with persuasive, concise, and well‑organized presentation skills. Ability to synthesize information and present it in a distilled manner. Licenses: Series 7 and 66 or 7, 63, and 65. Compensation & Benefits Base salary $75,000 plus applicable sales commissions and bonuses.
