A law firm in Glendora, CA is seeking a skilled Paralegal with defense litigation experience to support fast-paced arbitration matters in an onsite, direct hire role. This opportunity is ideal for a litigation paralegal who is confident with records retrieval, subpoenas, authorizations, medical chronologies, and damage analysis. The Paralegal will join a collaborative legal team with a tight-knit group of experienced paralegals who share knowledge, strategies, and support through regular team meetings. Key Responsibilities - Retrieve records through authorizations, subpoenas, and related legal processes.- Prepare accurate medical chronologies and damage analysis tables for litigation and arbitration matters.
- Support defense arbitration cases from initial case workup through resolution.
- Coordinate with defense experts and assist with fact investigations.
- Organize case materials, records, timelines, and supporting documentation for attorney review.
- Collaborate closely with a team of paralegals, attorneys, and legal staff in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits - Salary: $50,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

- Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Retrieve and organize records using authorizations, subpoenas, and related litigation procedures.- Create medical chronologies and damage analysis tables for defense litigation matters.
- Support fast-paced arbitration cases and assist with fact investigations.
- Work directly with defense experts, attorneys, and legal team members to move cases forward. - 2 to 5 years of defense litigation experience is required.
- Proven experience retrieving records through authorizations and subpoenas.
- Hands-on experience preparing medical chronologies and damage analysis tables.
- Ability to manage multiple litigation matters, deadlines, records, and case priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively in a legal office environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting arbitration cases from start to finish.
- Familiarity with defense expert coordination and litigation case preparation.
- Prior experience working in a collaborative paralegal team environment.
- Interest in continued training and development as a well-rounded litigation professional.
