Behavioral Support Specialist TEAM LEAD

Apply today and make a difference in the lives of the clients we serve. Responsibilities Managing a team of TBS Specialists by providing professional support, training and mentorship. Managing a caseload of clients at 30% productivity. Connecting clients with community resources. Ensuring that the treatment/behavior plan is being followed. Ensuring all required documentation is completed and sent to the appropriate supervisor. Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status. Working collaboratively with those providing therapy, counseling and/or psychiatric services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field preferred. Experience in community-based case management. Managerial experience is preferred. Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area. Regular travel to Lima, Rockford, Paulding and Hicksville. What ViaQuest can offer you Comprehensive training.
