Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 01:30 PM – 08:30 PM Tue: 01:30 PM – 08:30 PM Wed: 01:30 PM – 08:30 PM Thur: 01:30 PM – 08:30 PM Sat: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor access points, visitor flow, and restricted areas while following post orders and reporting unusual conditions, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations. Support a professional environment by giving directions, assisting with routine questions, and reporting security‑related incidents involving patients, visitors, staff, and/or property. Minimum Requirements Hospital vaccines are required. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. CPR and/or First Aid is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
