Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) required
• ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working in school settings is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, families, and other support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs), tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Provide direct therapy services for speech, language, voice, fluency, and pragmatic communication disorders
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary for optimal outcomes
• Consult with teachers and families to offer strategies and resources that support students in the classroom
• Document services provided, student progress, and maintain up-to-date case records in compliance with school and legal regulations
