REMOTE WORK FROM HOME

Provide tactical and strategic oversight for Complex Loss cases.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Loss cost and expense initiatives.

• Complex claim investigations and handling.

• Providing "Expert" support on areas of policy interpretation, reserves, valuation, litigation, settlement and coverage.

• Training and advise claims personnel in law, coverage and negotiations.

• Managing litigation.

• Attending mediation and arbitration.
