Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its practice in New Haven, Connecticut. The attorney will focus on litigating motor vehicle liability cases, representing plaintiffs in New York, with an emphasis on trial preparation and courtroom exposure. Duties Manage day-to-day litigation cases. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in CT. 3+ years of personal injury or auto liability experience preferred. Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
