About This Role: Are you passionate about fitness and love connecting with people? As a Retail Sales Specialist at REP Fitness, you'll be at the heart of our Denver Showroom experience — helping customers find the equipment that fuels their goals. You'll collaborate with a driven team of retail and commercial specialists, supported by the Showroom Manager, while building real relationships with customers through in‑person, phone, and email interactions. From guiding a first‑time buyer to closing a major sale, every conversation is an opportunity to make an impact. Essential Functions Provide world‑class service to our in‑store customers. Assist customers with selection of gym equipment by maintaining thorough knowledge of all products. Assist in loading the order after being selected by stockroom staff. Maintain a clean showroom to provide customers with an optimal shopping experience. Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues via email or phone when not assisting an in‑store customer. Record details of actions taken with customers in CRM. Participate in ongoing product training to remain up to date with REP’s newest products. What You Will Bring Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Be able to do simple technical troubleshooting for computers, phones, and other personal devices. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or equivalent programs. Be able to quickly learn how to navigate and use complex warehouse management systems and customer relationship management systems. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four‑year college or university; one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
