SUMMARY Responsible for creating/revising specific 340B Program policy and procedures. Ensures proper training and education for employees working on 340B quality assurance programs. Completes timely self‑audits for both 340B pharmacy operations and contract pharmacies. Participates in any and all 340B Program audits. Ensures compliance with 340B Program requirements for qualified patients, drugs and locations. Promotes and ensures overall organization compliance to 340B program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures on 340B purchasing processes. Assign staff to 340B University OnDemand training based on their role/responsibility. Develop systems and processes to limit program liabilities and provide proper audits to identify risks and prevent duplicate disclosures and diversion. Review 340B Program policies and procedures on an ongoing basis and of offer contributions and changes to ensure 340B compliance. Education Develop proper 340B quality assurance training for employees as appropriate. Assign staff to 340B University OnDemand training based on their role/responsibility. Provide proactive education and training to staff on policy and procedures changes. Expand professional development through continuous learning in health‑care and pharmacy services. Continue to build knowledge of the health care and pharmacy services for retail, specialty pharmacies, and contract pharmacy operations through presenting best practices and facilitation. Self‑audits Be involved in any and all 340B Program audits. Perform audits on a scheduled basis; may involve present and resolve ongoing activities. Perform monthly audits of contract pharmacies and identify any compliance gaps. Ensure compliance Ensure compliance with requirements for qualified patients, drugs, and listings. Monitor and audit claims with oversight of 340B pharmacy operations, contract pharmacy audits. Identify and correct gaps in documentation and implement corrective improvement actions. Develop provider training programs and patient outreach initiatives for pharmacy and support staff to ensure compliance with regulations. Program Enhancements/Optimization Develop a broader understanding of 340B Program, improve practice operations. Assess opportunities for cost savings and enhance system infrastructure. Encourage continuous improvement through education, financing, and partnership models. Report Generate and submit internal quarterly and annual reports to senior leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
