Data Analyst 2: Inventory

Summary The Data Analyst 2 for Inventory focuses on ensuring data integrity, building analytics and reporting, and delivering actionable insights to improve inventory audit programs and business performance. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to design data solutions, modernize reporting, and communicate trends to support decision making. Responsibilities Own intake, management, and integrity of data used by Inventory Audit programs. Champion IAP data needs with cross‑functional data and business partners. Create narratives, trends, and insights to drive process and performance improvements. Own data processes, flow, and accuracy across supported systems and sources. Support data design, reporting development, dashboard creation, and modernization efforts. Support program testing and user acceptance testing; develop guidelines for consistent data usage. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field. 3+ years of relevant experience in data management, analysis, and reporting. 3+ years of SQL proficiency, writing performant, maintainable queries. Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard design. Strong statistical skills and experience with Python or R for analysis and automation. Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS or GCP), ETL pipelines, workflow orchestration, and data quality assurance.
