Leasing Consultant – Tampa, FL
Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in the Tampa area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of apartment/multifamily leasing experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Yardi experience required
- Weekends Required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and reliable
- Ability to conduct property tours and effectively sell the community
- Experience with applications, leases, resident communication, and follow-up
- Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective and current residents
- Conduct property tours
- Process applications and leasing paperwork
- Follow up with prospective residents
- Assist with resident questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate records in Yardi
- Support the property management team with daily leasing activities
