Responsibilities Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions Follow written or verbal directives Stand or walk constantly for multiple hours, up to an entire shift, on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet, grass, dirt) Monitor security cameras Provide public relations and awareness, and deal tactfully with the public Assist in investigations concerning loss or damage of client property Follow post orders, Allegiance policy and procedure and other directives Obtain detailed statements, write reports, interview and observe, and document information in a professional manner Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalency Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background and drug screening Ability to work all shifts Ability to understand, interpret, and follow rules, instructions, and lawful orders Ability to cope with stressful work situations Physical stamina and dexterity Knowledge of security operations and procedures Ability to detect safety hazards within the building, communicate with appropriate staff, and follow all mandated safety requirements Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to obtain a Guard License Allegiance is an EOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
