Unit Manager

Genesis HCC is seeking a Unit Manager, RN to lead a skilled nursing unit delivering high-quality post-acute and long-term care. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, supervise and mentor nursing staff, coordinate individualized care plans, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and Genesis standards. You will champion a patient-centered culture grounded in compassion, respect, and integrity while driving quality, safety, and clinical excellence.
