We're looking for a Home Health Clinical Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while guiding a high-performing team to success. This is more than a management position it's your opportunity to shape the future of patient-centered care in the home health space. You'll play a pivotal role in mentoring clinicians, optimizing operations, and ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care right where they feel most comfortable: at home. Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses, therapists, and clinical staff
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to create impactful care plans
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices
- Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence
- Active RN license or any licensed physician (required)
- Proven experience in home health or a related clinical setting (Not required)
- Experience in OASIS
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development
- Deep understanding of compliance, regulations, and clinical best practices
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
