Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses, therapists, and clinical staff
Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to create impactful care plans
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices
Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence

Requirements

Active RN license or any licensed physician (required)
Proven experience in home health or a related clinical setting (Not required)
Experience in OASIS
Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development
Deep understanding of compliance, regulations, and clinical best practices
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
