Customer Service Representative II
Location: Sumner, WA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $26.00 – $28.00/hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issue resolution

• Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage RMAs, backorders, and order tracking

• Partner closely with outside sales and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

• Review and verify order details before submission to ensure accuracy

• Maintain and manage open orders, updating ship dates and communicating changes

• Provide product guidance and support across residential door and millwork offerings

• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share knowledge with peers

What You Bring

• 5+ years of customer service experience in an office setting

• 3+ years in millwork, building materials, or a related industry

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)

• Experience with CRM systems and order processing tools

• Ability to problem-solve independently in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

• Regular computer and office equipment use

• Occasional movement within the office
