As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring top-notch customer service, and driving profitability through efficient management practices.
Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of automotive technicians and service advisors
- Manage the service department's workflow and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive business growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase service department profitability
- Prior experience as an Automotive Service Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Certification from National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) a plus
