What You'll Do

As a Parts & Supply Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting service operations by managing parts inventory, assisting customers, and coordinating logistics. Your day may include:

• Answering and directing incoming service calls while accurately documenting customer interactions in the service database
• Maintaining inventory records, performing inventory counts, and managing parts and equipment logistics
• Receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping replacement parts for beverage and processing equipment
• Preparing quotes, processing sales orders, generating invoices, and assisting customers with payments
• Partnering with service, accounting, and contract teams to support larger customer projects
• Coordinating freight and shipping while evaluating costs with vendors and suppliers
• Working cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working with both people and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional email etiquette
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office applications
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus (training provided)
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and data management abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Experience handling administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Technical, mechanical, or electrical knowledge is a strong advantage
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
