Geneva, NY | Onsite $20.00-$26.00/hour (based on experience) | Temp-to-Hire Parts & Supply Administrator Kelly is partnering with a leading organization in Geneva, NY to hire a Parts & Supply Administrator. What You'll Do Role Answering and directing incoming service calls while accurately documenting customer interactions in the service database Maintaining inventory records, performing inventory counts, and managing parts and equipment logistics Receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping replacement parts for beverage and processing equipment Preparing quotes, processing sales orders, generating invoices, and assisting customers with payments Partnering with service, accounting, and contract teams to support larger customer projects Coordinating freight and shipping while evaluating costs with vendors and suppliers Working cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working with both people and processes.
