Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Head Clerk for the Division of Institutional Planning & Operations (IP&O). Under administrative direction, performs diversified clerical duties. Among the key duties of this position are the following: organizes assigned clerical work, maintains department files and databases, resolves filing and recording issues, compiles reports, opens, sorts, and routes mail, responds to inquiries, and may lead and oversee clerical operations.

Mid Range Salary - 51679.150
Maximum Salary - 59692.610

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience - High school/vocational school education or equivalent plus four years of any equivalent combination of: clerical experience, secretarial experience, advanced secretarial or business training, or college-level study.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Ability to record and maintain data in computerized and non-computerized formats. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must have effective client service skills. May require the ability to group lead.
