End-User Computing (EUC) Manager - Desktop Engineering (with Project Management)

Overview

Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery of End-User Computing
Covers three towers: M365, VDI, and Desktop Engineering
This role leads a team to architect, operate, secure, and continuously improve EUC
Works in enterprise (BFSI), while driving roadmap execution and structured program management
Success is measured by user experience, security compliance, and delivery on time/budget for projects

Location

Windows 10/11 and macOS standards, hardware lifecycle (procure, repair, retire).
SCCM/MECM and Intune co-management/MDM, Autopilot/Zero Touch, MDM policy migration.
Enterprise application packaging (MSIX/Win32), patching (OS, browsers), driver/firmware management.
Manage endpoint telemetry and digital experience monitoring (DEX) (e.g., Think, Intune Advance).

Program Management (PMO-aligned)

EUC roadmap; build and deliver program plans, RAID logs, dependency reporting.
Cross-tower initiatives (e.g., Windows 11 migration, VDI modernization, Online hardening, Teams/Phone rollout, DLP expansion).
Stage-gate governance; ensure requirements, design, security reviews, approvals.
Budgets/forecasts, vendor SOWs, and resource plans (internal + external).
Partner with Service Transition/Release for smooth go-lives; ensure knowledge transfer.
Day-to-day Activities

Monitor health dashboards; act on incidents/problems and prevent recurrence
