Job Description & Summary La Digital Factory de PwC France & Maghreb conçoit, développe et opère une suite d'applications SaaS innovantes, déployées dans un environnement cloud Microsoft Azure. Pour renforcer notre capacité de delivery et accompagner la croissance de nos produits digitaux, nous recrutons un/une Business Analyst qui travaillera en binôme avec un/une Product Manager au cœur des projets de la Digital Factory. In programme management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects to facilitate successful delivery and alignment with organisational goals. Your work will involve strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Votre rôle En tant que Business Analyst, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la compréhension des besoins métiers, la préparation des développements et le suivi opérationnel des produits. Vous serez le garant de la clarté fonctionnelle et de la qualité des livrables tout au long du cycle de vie produit. Vos missions principales Analyse & expression de besoin Recueillir et analyser les besoins utilisateurs avec les équipes métiers et le Product Manager. Rédiger les user stories et critères d'acceptation. Contribuer à la gestion du backlog produit. Animation & suivi du delivery Participer aux rituels agiles (daily, refinement, review). Clarifier les besoins auprès de l'équipe de développement. Suivre l'avancement des sprints et les priorités opérationnelles. Tests & qualité fonctionnelle Préparer et réaliser les tests fonctionnels. Identifier les anomalies et en suivre la résolution. Garantir la conformité des développements aux besoins métiers. Run & amélioration continue Participer au suivi des KPI de run (performances, incidents, demandes d'évolution). Contribuer à l'analyse et à la priorisation des tickets. Accompagnement des utilisateurs & déploiement Contribuer aux phases de déploiement et aux supports associés (guides, release notes). Aider les métiers à prendre en main les nouvelles fonctionnalités. Ce que nous recherchons Expérience en tant Business Analyst dans un environnement digital, IT ou agile. (stage, alternance ou premier emplois). Aisance dans la rédaction fonctionnelle et la communication avec équipes techniques. Sens du détail, rigueur, capacité d'analyse et esprit collaboratif. Connaissance des méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban). Nous recrutons des personnes, pas des profils parfaits.
