In this role within the IB Business Risk Management – Travel and Expense Team, you will: manage day-to-day Travel and Expense operations, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely delivery of business objectives review, process, and approve employee expense reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and controls provide exceptional employee support by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding expense report submissions educate employees on Travel and Expense policies while communicating updates and policy changes effectively partner with team members and control functions to review expense claims and support governance requirements ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with team priorities and service standards. identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation, AI, and technology to enhance efficiency and employee experience support reporting and business insights by analyzing trends, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement opportunities Job Type Full Time Job Reference # 340715BR City Nashville Your team You will join the Travel and Expense Team in Nashville, TN, which plays a critical role in ensuring employees have a seamless experience managing travel arrangements and expense reporting.
