What You Will Be Doing

As a Janitorial Floater , you support multiple client sites by traveling to different buildings and ensuring each is clean, safe, and well-maintained. You handle daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and responding to spills while working independently and efficiently. The successful candidate will be flexible with their availability, have a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver’s license. This role will require you to service buildings in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs. Your work assignment is communicated to you daily prior to your shift; some assignments may be up to 1-hour away. 

This position supports our operations in the Broomfield, Thorton, Boulder , Longmont areas .

Janitor Floater Duties and Responsibilities

• Service different buildings daily, as assigned by your supervisor or admin staff.
• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.  
• Safely operate cleaning equipment, including a backpack vacuum.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.  
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.  
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.  
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.  
• Collect and dispose of trash.  
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.  
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.  
• Other duties, responsibilities, and activitiesas assigned by supervisor.

Janitor Floater Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Unexpired Driver’s Licenseand aPersonalVehicle for Transportation.
• Ability to drive to different client locations in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs (as needed).
• Handle basic cleaning and janitorial work, including but not limited to: emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, wipe downs.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.  
• Work well when supervisors are not present.  
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.  
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.  
• Authorized to work in the U.S. –  We Use E-Verify  

Physical Considerations

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and as required by job.
• Lift up-to 40lbsas required by job.
• Operate a vehicle to travel between client sites.

A reliable vehicle for transportation and a valid driver's license is required. The successful candidate will have flexible availability and may sometimes need to travel between multiple buildings during the same shift.
