We are seeking a dedicated Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities

• Advise public agency clients on personnel matters including hiring, discipline, and termination.
• Handle matters related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employee leave laws.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings, grievance arbitrations, and collective bargaining negotiations.
• Assist clients with labor compliance, policy development, and internal investigations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices on complex, high-impact cases.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and/or experience working with public agencies or school districts.
• Knowledge of California labor and employment laws.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment with a “no jerks” culture.
