This is a part time time direct hire position The Receptionist/Office Services Associate will work closely with the Facilities, Executive Administrative Staff, and Property Management to ensure that all daily operational, maintenance and tasks are taken care of to maintain the value and appearance of operations. We observe a business professional dress code. Must be willing to cross train for potential advancement opportunities!/ppCompensation: While the compensation for this position is finally dependent upon the candidates experience/qualifications, the approximate compensation for this position will be $20.00 to 22.00 to be paid hourly./ppLocation: Washington DC/ppHours: Varies - Monday through Friday 7:00AM 6:00PM/ph2Responsibilities/h2pEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/ppReception Services 50%/pulliPerform reception duties which include: smiling, greeting visitors and employees, answering phones, conference room scheduling, and various administrative functions/liliGreet and welcome guests in person and on phone; answer and direct inquiries to designated department./liliMaintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude/liliMaintain log books, including sign-in/out logs, front desk expenditures, and calls received./liliManage front office reception area by cleaning and organizing desk and visitor lobby./li/ulpOffice Services 50%/pulliPickup/sort/deliver mail. Sign and account for overnight mail deliveries and ensure delivery is made to recipient/liliSet-up and breakdowns for meetings/liliGeneral housekeeping of all conference rooms/liliKitchen supply management (ordering and restocking of supplies)/liliInternal building move coordination/liliRespond, coordinate and submit building related issues with property management and or outside contractors/liliPerform other tasks as assigned/li/ulh2Qualifications/h2pTo be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management./liliKeyboarding and windows environment PC skills.
