Receptionist / Customer Care Associate - ON-SITE - Contract

Job Description

Our local government client is hiring an on-site Receptionist / Customer Care Associate to support their team in Washington, DC!!

Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks including answering phone calls, filing paperwork
- Handling MS Outlook email correspondence, and calendar coordination (MS Teams meeting setups, etc.)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years’ experience performing clerical tasks including answering phone calls, filing paperwork, MS Outlook email correspondence, and calendar coordination (MS Teams meeting setups, etc.).
