Procurement Coordinator

Hotel Emma is seeking passionate, service driven candidates for the position of Procurement Coordinator.

Job Description

To coordinate beverage purchases for the hotel and act as liaison between F&B outlet Managers and their inventory sourcing, replenishment and upkeep needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Coordinate purchases for the hotel through active engagement and partnership with Sternewirth, Supper, Larder and Banquets/Catering Management.
• Keep perpetual inventory balances in Yellow Dog, managing the storeroom and allocating COGS to proper outlets.
• Organize and coordinate the monthly inventory process in General Store-room.
• Process all paper/plastic and shared inventory orders.
• Receive incoming beverage deliveries and all applicable non-beverage receipts as agreed.
• Keep central storeroom clean and organized at all times.
• Ensure proper segregation is kept in process and inventory between multiple liquor licenses.
• Manage beverage invoice process through 3rd party partner-Fintech and internal Finance.
• Manage requisition and issue of alcoholic beverages to all outlets.
• Assist and respond to internal customer needs and requests.

Job Requirements:

• Actively assist F&B management team in maximizing operational efficiencies and streamlining processes.
• Working with Finance in ensuring internal inventory control and in maximizing purchasing opportunities.
• Assisting the internal customer in reaching our operational and financial goals.
• Yellow Dog inventory system, Micros, scanners, phone and computer.
• Interior of hotel, various inventory locations, loading dock and outlets.
• Must have technical computer and software skills necessary to do the job; must enjoy customer service and adhere to Hotel Emma’s cultural standards.
