Case Manager

Job Summary TFI Family Services is looking for a full‑time Case Manager to support children and families in Kansas. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field and experience working with children and families. Responsibilities Coordinate services and interventions for children and families to promote safe and healthy home environments. Teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, develop plans, and advocate for resources. Monitor progress and adjust interventions to improve clients’ quality of life. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field. Experience working with children and families. Compassionate, eager to learn, and committed to building families’ strengths. Desire to advocate for children and families. Must reside in the state of Kansas. Bilingual candidates preferred.
