• Background in school-based speech-language pathology—experience with all age ranges is a plus
• Capacity to manage caseloads averaging 45-50 for elementary/secondary, and up to 60 for high school with consultative focus
• Comfort with diverse student populations and disability categories
• Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a passion for student growth

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language services for students from various age groups
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
• Manage assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings; contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
• Adapt interventions and communication strategies to fit a wide range of student needs
