Field Superintendent - Precast/Prestress Concrete
United Employment Group, Inc.
Responsibilities
- Manage field crews and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Develop production plans and establish quality control standards
- Coordinate erection activities, equipment, materials, and subcontractor scheduling
- Resolve operational issues and maintain production reporting
- Train employees and ensure compliance with all safety and company policies
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in precast concrete or construction; 3–5+ years supervisory experience
- OSHA 10-hr & 30-hr certifications required; PCI Field Auditor a plus
- 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel daily to job sites; occasional overnight travel
