Position: Commercial Roofing Service SuperintendentWe are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Service Superintendent with experience in all phases of commercial roofing service projects including experience with all major commercial roofing systems. The Service Superintendent needs the ability to effectively lead, manage and support field employees in day-to-day activities across a portfolio of WO's and service scope projects. This position is based out of Dallas, Texas  Responsibilities:Ensure crews are adhering to OSHA and company safety regulations. Maintain open communication with the TRM Safety Director.Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.Willing to teach and learn best practices for roofing installationMaintain a system for monitoring service stock inventory and communicate with service estimators regarding materials for all scope workWork with service coordinator to schedule crews daily and discuss manpower needs for upcoming projects with Service ManagerCommunicate with Service Foreman so that all temporary leak repairs are identified and permanent repairs made in a timely mannerPlan all on-site project logistics with Service team.Monitor job progress and follow-up on all scope work and large projectsDirect communication with TRM management, service office team, and crewsInspect work performed throughout the day and instruct foreman and helpers on proper roofing techniques/best practices and correcting work being performed improperlyOversee Service JHAs and daily reports.Update and maintain a quality performance board for each crewMaintain crew weekly hours, including payroll verification. Maintain knowledge of employee vacation.Perform roof inspections. Maintain a thorough line of communication with Service Estimator as it pertains to the roof inspection reports.Perform Foreman and Service Technician evaluations.Verify that codes are being entered correctly in work orders.Review and approve materials and labor for completed work orders adding any missing itemsEnsure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.While visiting jobsites review surrounding roofs and collect any information available, including address, property management company, and any deficiencies observable from the roof you are currently on. Send any photos/information to Service Estimator so he can determine appropriate contact.Requirements:5-years' experience in a supervisory role in commercial roofingKnowledge of various roof systems, material, and construction processesMust be able to physically access roofGood communication skillsAbility and recognition that duties may require hours of work beyond 40 hours/weekValid driver's license and ability to pass a background checkWilling to travel within state (primarily) and out of state (occasionally) to perform workUse company software as required by ManagementBi-lingual a plus Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits including:Medical, Dental and Vision BenefitsHoliday PayLife InsuranceVacation Pay401(K) with employer match Our company is a Drug Free Workplace.
