Rehab Director job at Broad River Rehabilitation. Asheville, NC. Responsibilities As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high‑quality therapy services (PT/PTA/OT/COTA) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives. Qualifications Open to PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant), PT (Physical Therapist), COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant), or OT (Occupational Therapist) Current state licensure as a PTA, COTA, PT, or OT Associate, Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline (PT, OT, PTA, or COTA) Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines Prior management experience with PDPM (preferred) Compensation Full‑time salaried position Quarterly bonus included 100% company‑paid CEUs for licensure reimbursement Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Low‑cost health insurance options 401(k) Generous PTO with accrual beginning immediately Quarterly bonus potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
