Facility can cancel 2 shifts per 13 week contract with no penalty - guaranteed hours only apply at 3rd cancelation. Right to hire with no penalty after 13 week assignment completed. Late Cancellation of Shift by Client Affiliate or HealthTrust: pay subcontractor for the greater of the number of hours worked or 4 hours.
