Certified Health Coach

As a Certified Health Coach on the NeverStop team, the remote contract position will guide adults aged 50+ through onboarding, help establish health goals, and provide ongoing virtual coaching to enhance their physical, mental, and social well-being. Key responsibilities Guide members through enrollment and onboarding into the NeverStop wellness program Partner with members to identify, prioritize, and achieve personalized health and wellness goals Deliver coaching sessions via phone and video conferencing platforms Required qualifications Certified Health and Wellness Coach with 2-5 years of coaching experience Experience working with adults in the 50-80 age demographic Training and demonstrated proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques Experience conducting coaching sessions via telephone and video conferencing Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
