Trial Attorney

Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney a boutique litigation firm in Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator looking to take real ownership of their practice while benefiting from strong mentorship and meaningful trial exposure.

Compensation: $140,000 to $180,000 + bonus

Position Overview

Titl e: Associate Attorney

• Locatio n: Downtown Seattle (in office)
• Experienc e: 6+ years preferred
• Ba r: Active Washington State Bar required

This role offers the opportunity to manage a full caseload from intake through tr ial, with significant hands-on litigation experience and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, trial, and appeal
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
• Handle discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Develop litigation strategies aligned with client objectives
• Negotiate settlements and advise clients on risks and potential outcomes
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active WA bar admimission
• 6+ years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
