Associate Attorney

Job Number: 31970 Salary: $90K-$160K DOE Industry: Legal Overview For decades, this firm has specialized in defense litigation across many states and practice areas. They’re in the market for a proactive Associate Attorney to join their established Seattle office. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll manage your cases from start to finish, working both independently and on a team. This will include conducting investigations, managing discovery, preparing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions. You’ll write pleadings, briefs, and motions and review contracts. Additionally, you will prepare for and attend trials and hearings. You’ll have a hybrid schedule. Qualifications Must Haves: 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury defense, employment, or commercial litigation Oregon and/or Washington State Bar membership JD About the Organization This national firm handles a wide variety of complex litigation cases with a focus on defense litigation.
