Practice exposure includes: General liability Construction defect Premises liability Trucking and transportation Product liability Other civil defense matters Responsibilities: Manage a full caseload independently Draft pleadings, motions, and legal strategy Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances Communicate directly with clients and carriers Prepare cases for trial as needed What We’re Looking For 8+ years of civil defense litigation experience Experience handling third‑party insurance defense matters Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills Comfortable managing files independently in a fast‑paced environment Deposition and motion practice experience required Trial experience or interest in trial work is a plus Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
