At Fidelity, we empower professional growth, flexibility and support thus enabling long-term success for you and our clients.## **The Expertise and Skills You Bring*** Proven success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions* FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire* Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility* Degree or equivalent experience and/or other professional certifications are helpful; if you do not already have a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you acquire one* Ability to thoughtfully introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring together additional client assets while engaging in positive, client-centered discussions* Coachable, collaborative, and curious are key attributes* Committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience with a passion for seeing others thrive* Motivated by results and finding solutions, takes initiative and exceeds customer expectations* Extensive knowledge of investment solutions## ## **The Team**Fidelity’s greatest advantage is our people, and we believe it is important to approach life holistically. You will not fail due to a lack of training or onboarding!Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
