HSE Site Supervisor

Flowserve is seeking an HSE Site Manager / Supervisor to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental operations across our Baton Rouge campus. In this role, you will take full ownership of HSE programs across three co-located Quick Response Centers (QRCs)—Pumps, Valves, and Seals—supporting a team of approximately 150 manufacturing and support personnel.We are seeking a collaborative, self-motivated safety leader who believes strong safety culture is built through active shop-floor presence and genuine partnership with front-line teams. You will receive corporate policy frameworks and audit schedules, then work directly with site operations to establish practical work instructions, identify operational improvements, and coordinate solutions from start to finish.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESPosition Culture: We are seeking a collaborative, self-motivated safety leader who believes strong safety culture is built through active shop-floor presence and genuine partnership with front-line teams.
